DESCRIPTION
2014 is perhaps the best vintage for this wine, no other wine in the world that resembles Pingus. Produced by winemaker Peter Sisseck, he managed to give a sense of absolute individuality to the Pingus. Many have tried to imitate Peter's work in the cellar, but no one will ever come close to his style.

Grapes Harvested and selected by hand, 20 days of maceration and fermentation.
Fermentation in tonneaux
Ripe cherry red color. On the nose, aromas of licorice with smoky notes. In the mouth it is structured with well-defined tannins. In the finish it is very persistent.
