DESCRIPTION
The Verde family, heart of the Il Quarto Miglio company, has been cultivating the art of wine for generations, preserving and enhancing the importance of the vine and its fruits, guaranteeing a quality product that embodies the culture and flavors of the territory. The goal is the dissemination of the great historical tradition and the enhancement of the native vines present in the area, such as Aglianico.

The name of the company derives from a milestone that bears the wording "ad quartum" and which refers to the IV Roman Mile, a unit of measurement that marks the distance between the city of Pozzuoli and the current Quarto, along the ancient Via Consolare Campana, which connected Pozzuoli to Capua.
