DESCRIPTION
Brunello di San Polo thanks to the characteristics of the land of origin, whose limestone content is ideal for Sangiovese and thanks to the location of the vineyards on the beautiful Poggio di San Polo, can age for a long time and improve with refinement in the bottle.

Harvest: Manual harvest in small 17 kg crates carried out at the end of September. Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes preceded by careful selection of the grapes. Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, limpid and brilliant. The nose expresses the typical aromas of violet and small red fruits. There are hints of undergrowth, aromatic wood, light vanilla and composite jam followed by subtle notes of intense, persistent, ample and ethereal coffee.
