After the soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature for a period of 14-21 days.
8 months both in new barriques and in steel vats.
Intense ruby ​​red. Red fruit on the nose and spicy sensations with aromatic notes; fades into a delicate balsamic finish. In the mouth it is balanced and of medium structure.

It is advisable to let the wine 'breathe' at least fifteen to thirty minutes before serving.
