DESCRIPTION
The grapes are delicately de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. It is then softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decanting. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.

Rest in the cellar quietly for 2-3 years
Particularly suitable to accompany first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses, fish dishes.
