DESCRIPTION
It is born in vineyards located in the most famous region of the Rhone Valley divided into 4 different departments: Drôme, Vaucluse, Gard and Ardéche. Each different characteristic of the respective soils give a unique complexity to this wine.
Rhone Valley
Grapes picked and selected by hand with care. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 2 weeks.
The wine ages in steel tanks where it ferments before being bottled
Ruby red color. On the nose we recognize notes of red fruit enriched by notes of licorice and sweet spices, with slight notes of pepper. On the palate we find red fruit with a soft but structured tannin.
HOW TO SERVE
16-17 ºC
Ready wine.
It can be perfectly stored in the cellar for 4 years
Perfect with grilled white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
