Fruit of the best Chardonnay grapes harvested from 19 plots, it was one of the purest editions, the calcareous soils helped the grapes to reach excellent ripeness despite this hot year

Vinification in steel without malolactic fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method
Aging on the lees for over 10 years
Brilliant golden yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. The nose is changeable, opening on citrus notes and then varying on hints of green apple, fresh grass and wet rock mineral. In the mouth the terroir is master of the scene, expressing its mineral, stony character. Long and persistent. A jewel.
