DESCRIPTION
A romantic and intense wine, thanks to the climatic trend of the 2006 vintage which allowed the harvest of perfectly ripe grapes, of musts with a magnificent sugar content and perfect acidity.
White Coast
Vinification in steel without malolactic fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method
Aging on the lees for over 10 years
Color is pale gold with green reflections with very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose initially floral notes, citrus notes with light toasted nuances. We continue with notes of fresh hazelnuts, pralines and ripe yellow fruits. In the mouth, fantastic structure, round and decisive, balanced freshness.
HOW TO SERVE
8-10 ° C
it does not require decanting
It can be left to rest in the cellar for over 20 years.
Perfect with fish dishes and important shellfish such as lobster but also white meats, poultry stewed in mushroom sauce.
