Refinement in the bottle
Brilliant straw yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. Intense aromas of white pulp fruit and white flowers on the nose. In the mouth great freshness, balanced and harmonious, the olfactory notes of fruit return and closes in a delicate finish.

it does not require decanting
ready to drink immediately, if kept in the cellar it can evolve 5/6 years
Perfect as an aperitif but goes well with slightly elaborate fish dishes, with molluscs and crustaceans.
