DESCRIPTION
Wine of great interpretation of the grape that constitutes it, produced by aging for 9 months in amphora, it releases aromas of red fruits and delicate notes of sweet spices. A great sensory journey with every sip.

Soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel or concrete tanks. No filtration.
9 months in large terracotta amphorae.
Brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, scent of red fruits and sweet spices. Fresh, fruity, soft on the palate.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
Ready wine, but we recommend letting the wine breathe 30 minutes before tasting it.
It can be left to rest in the cellar for 3-4 years.
Perfect with seafood first and second courses, with cold cuts and stewed white meats. Also excellent with pizza.
