DESCRIPTION
This amazing wine obtained the 4eme Cru Classé with the classification of 1855, after 2 centuries the estate passed to Désiré Cordier in 1917. Today it is owned by Nancy Bignon Cordier.
Medoc
Grapes harvested manually. The vinification and fermentation takes place in vats.
Maturation takes place 15 months in 50% new oak barrels
Dark red color with purple reflections. The nose is floral and fruity with red fruits, with notes of wood. Refined. In the mouth full-bodied, velvety, dense, with refined tannins. In the finish it is long and recalls ripe black fruits.
HOW TO SERVE
14-16 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it has an aging of over 15 years.
Good for an aperitif with meats and medium-aged cheeses. I allow with second courses of red meat, poultry and game.
