DESCRIPTION
The combination of these two blends was an institution on the right bank of Pomerol, but the spread of these two varieties touches, now touches different corners of the wine world.
Medoc
Twenty years of vines, the fruit is brought to the maximum limit in the vinification in steel tanks with the most accurate control above all the temperature.
Vinified in thermo-regulating cement tanks and fermentation in stainless steel.
Intense garnet red color. On the nose, scent of red fruits such as black cherry, currant, raspberry. We also find hints of flowers, red roses, but also notes of chocolate and wood. In the mouth of medium body, we find the fruit, more mature, the tannins are pleasant, fine. On the finish we find a very pleasant mineral freshness.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it is aged for 8-12 years.
excellent with braised beef and truffles but also with roast wild boar or steaks with red wine sauce.
