Soil of black sand and fine white gravel, the average age of the vines is 35 years. Chevalier wines are tannic wines, they take time to open up and give themselves fully.
The Graves
-
18 months in semi-new French oak barrels.
Brilliant ruby red color. Ripe red fruit on the nose, floral violet and rose hips. In the mouth the fruit returns a lot, with a soft and seductive tannin and a long and lively finish.
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar, after the vintage, it has an aging of over 15 years.
Excellent with grilled red and white meats with typical and semi-mature cheeses, good with cold cuts.
