Margaux
Optimal climatic conditions for this 2017 vintage, hot and very dry for July and August. Traditional vinification, each batch macerates separately for about 3 weeks.
18-24 months in French oak barrels.
Dark ruby red color. On the nose we discover aromas of red and black fruit in jam with slight hints of licorice. On the palate we find this wonderful full-bodied wine, pulp rich in flavors, soft and silky tannins all combined on the finish with spicy notes.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is advisable to let it breathe 2 hours before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar, after the vintage, it has an aging of over 30 years.
Perfect with any cuisine in the world, excellent with important grilled cuts of meat, mushrooms and risotto.
