DESCRIPTION

The bunches come from vineyards between 300 and 600 m, cultivated with espalier and pergola in the municipalities of Salorno and Caldaro. The maceration on the skins is short, at a controlled temperature, to favor the full extraction of the aromatic substances. It is a wine born of steel: sharp and clean.
