DESCRIPTION

It is born in vineyards located in the most famous region of the Rhone Valley divided into 4 different departments: Drôme, Vaucluse, Gard and Ardéche. Each different characteristic of the respective soils give a unique complexity to this wine.

Manual grape harvest, long maceration from 2 to 4 weeks.

The wine ages in steel tanks where it ferments before being bottled

Intense red color. On the nose aromas of black fruit, spices and pepper. The taste is fleshy, the black fruits enhance our taste buds.

HOW TO SERVE

16-17 ºC

Ready wine.

If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it is aged for 4-5 years.

Recommended with grilled red meats and braised meats.
