Refined, it best expresses the characteristics of its territory, it is presented in the glass with a lively ruby red color. The bouquet expresses intensity on the nose in all its aromas, violet, spices and licorice accompany red fruits and notes of undergrowth.

Short pre-fermentation maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation at low temperature for about 20 days.
Refine for 14 - 16 months in oak barrels.

Founded during the first half of the 19th century, the Domaine Faiveley, Located in the wine-growing heart of French Burgundy, has been handed down from father to son until the seventh generation, and is currently led by Erwin Faiveley. The firm is at the moment the largest and most important winery in the whole region of Burgundy, and has plots that expand into all those that are the best crus in the area, from the historic center of Nuits-Saint-Georges, to the villages of Gevrey-Chambertin, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and Mercurey: vineyards with which are the grapes with which some of the best wines of Burgundy and beyond come from.
