DESCRIPTION
The abbreviation RD stands for “Récemment Dégorgé”, recently opened. A lively and fresh wine with the typical notes of Bollinger vintages, in short, a complex and enveloping wine. It is made only from the best Grande Année. With this vintage 2002 we celebrate the 50th anniversary of this fantastic champagne.

Crystalline and brilliant color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose aromas of dried fruit and honey with hints of undergrowth. In the mouth structured, complex, with notes of cocoa and truffle. In the finish it is quite long and very fresh.
HOW TO SERVE
8-10 °C (７７°F)
Wine ready to drink immediately, it is suggested to open it 15 minutes before serving
ready to be tasted immediately; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, properly stored, for 5-7 years.
Perfect with risotto, those with porcini mushrooms and truffles or with aged cheeses.
