DESCRIPTION
This superb Volnay is elegant yet easy to drink, for those who love wines with a fruity palate. With a consistency and density that makes this wine out of this world.
Beaune Coast
It uses a vinification that reinforces the natural expression of the terroir without altering it, soft pressing and mixing of the lees in oak barrels.
20 months in barrique.
Garnet color. Intense nose with notes of aromatic herbs, ripe fruit such as cherry, a smoky and ash tone. On the palate the cherry returns an indisputable balance and an almost palpable high density tannin.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it can be aged for up to 15 years.
We recommend both a plate of grilled chicken livers perhaps with mustard grains but also with a grilled eel. Flavors decided to accompany these enveloping notes.
