The vine has been cultivated in Nuits for over a thousand years of history. Grapes harvested and selected by hand. The wines are fulled daily to collect color, tannins, and aromas from the skins. The vinification period is 19 days. The wine is decanted while the pomace is pressed gently and slowly.
Intense garnet red color. On the nose, aromas of fruit, oak and spices. On the palate it is rich, its tannins are velvety and a good balance. A very elegant wine.
