DESCRIPTION
It is an intense, enveloping wine that is pleasantly filled after a short decantation in the glass. Robert Parker wrote that "they are among the most extraordinarily exotic and hedonistic wines produced in all of Burgundy ... I often wonder what miracles happen in his cellars to produce wines with such bouquets of oranges, raspberries and apricots".

Medium garnet red color. Notes of blueberry and plum on the nose. We feel the violet, citrus notes of bergamot, toasted notes, cocoa and tobacco. In the mouth it is savory with great length, good body and great structure.
HOW TO SERVE
15-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar, after the vintage, it is aged for 10 years.
Red and white meats but also game and aged cheeses.
