DESCRIPTION
The Domaine de Romanée Conti owns over 4 and a half hectares of vineyard in the cru, obtains grapes that are among the earliest to ripen and among the first to be harvested. The limestone substratum dating back to the Bajociano is the same as that of the overlying Musigny, to which it is often approached for its finesse.
Côte de Nuits.
The vineyards are managed by organic farming, the interventions in the cellar are reduced to a minimum to ensure that a completely natural vinification is obtained. The grapes are harvested later than the other vineyards in Burgundy. Fermentation takes place at relatively low temperatures.
Aging takes place in new barriques to enhance the quality of the grapes from 16-20 months.

It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
