DESCRIPTION
The property is located in the western part of the municipality of Saint Estéphe, 24 hectares of this property are planted with vines. They arise in an elevated terrain composed of gravel and clayey subsoil.
Saint Estephe
The blend is composed in December. It does not undergo any filtration and is decanted every 3 months during the refinement period.
It is stored in wooden barrels (40% in new barrels).
Deep ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose aromas of ripe fruit, black currants, plums, spices, but also of earth. Fresh taste, with soft and well balanced tannins, very persistent in the finish.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it is aged for 14 years.
Roasts, stews, aged cheeses and game.
