DESCRIPTION
Eight hectares of land located on the western side of Pomerol. The name derives from the calcareous soils that have always characterized the property but which in the 80s were partially exchanged with some sandy plots of the Chateau La Fleur Petrus, also owned by the Moueix family.

Twenty years of vines, the fruit is brought to the maximum limit in the vinification in steel tanks with the most accurate control above all the temperature.
Aging takes place in 25% new French oak barrels
Deep ruby red color. On the nose we find fruity hints including plum, cherry, blueberry jam and earthy notes. On the palate it is soft, with fine tannins and a fresh, long and persistent finish.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar After the vintage, it is aged for 15 years.
Excellent with red and white meats, braised veal and regional cuisine.
