DESCRIPTION
Chateau La Conseillante produces wines year after year always faithful to the territory, of great finesse and elegance.
Pomerol
In the vineyard scrupulous checks are carried out and attentive to respect for nature and the ecosystem to ensure that when the grapes arrive in the cellar they are rich, healthy and concentrated and therefore work them as little as possible. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
18 months in French oak barrels.
Brilliant ruby red color. Harmonious nose, with hints of sweet fruit reminiscent of jam, then plums or raspberries. But also notes of coffee and chocolate, spices and licorice. Full-bodied in the mouth, with a persistent tannic structure.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar After the vintage, it is aged for 10-15 years.
Excellent with meat main courses and aged cheeses.
