DESCRIPTION
One of the most renowned wines of Paulliac, made with the assembly of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot grapes. Viticulture is traditionalist but always keeping up with the technology of the equipment used.
Medoc
The vinification and fermentation takes place in vats at a controlled temperature.
Small passage in oak barrels
Intense garnet red color with purple reflections. Fruity nose of black fruits such as ripe cherries, with earthy notes of undergrowth. Medium-bodied taste, with hints of crunchy fruit, fresh and silky with soft tannins and a long finish.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar, after the vintage, it has an aging of over 24 years.
Excellent for important occasions for first and second courses of red meat, cheeses and with game.
