DESCRIPTION
The Regnac estate is a 135 hectare property with 60 hectares of vineyards dedicated to parkland and slopes. The soil is gravel, excellent for Cabernet Sauvignon, and clayey for Merlot. A rich, concentrated style of wine, the best "simple" Bordeaux wine ever and can easily compete with the greatest.
Entre Deux Mers
To produce the wine they applied for a patent to protect the winemaking process. What happens is this: the wine is vinified in vats, it is placed in the barrel before maceration through a specially created lid. If cold maceration is carried out, the grapes are transported from the stainless steel vats with a specially designed sluice.
18 months in French oak barrels
Intense red color. Fruity nose of ripe red fruit such as black cherries, but also notes of chocolate. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh with a very low acidity, velvety and persistent.
HOW TO SERVE
