DESCRIPTION
One of the most famous wines in the world, thanks to its regularity, for many the greatest wine of the appellation. In 1955 it was given the classification of 1er Grand Cru Classé A for its quality.
Saint Emilion
The slightly crushed grapes ferment naturally in thermo-conditioned vats.
Aged for 18 months in 50% new barriques at a controlled temperature. Requires further refinement in the bottle.
Intense garnet purple color. Ripe plum fruit on the nose but also flowers like red roses with hints of anise, pepper and charcoal. The taste is medium-bodied, in the mouth it offers a pleasant intensity where the hints of smell re-emerge, then the red and black fruits with a strong but fine tannin accompanied by a lot of freshness. Long and crunchy finish.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
