DESCRIPTION

Very limited hilly area in the hamlet of San Pietro di Barbozza in the municipality of Valdobbiadene
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and destemming; the must obtained is then kept at a constant temperature of 18-20 ° C for about 12 hours. With an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it is characterized by a fine perlage. The nose shows fruity notes of yellow apple and floral notes of wisteria and acacia in bloom. The taste is pleasant, harmonious with a good acid note that gives it freshness.
