Fermentation at low temperatures, 10% in barrique, 90% in steel and after 6 months they are combined
Maturation on its own lees, 6 months partly in barrique and partly in steel, a few months in bottle.
Soft pink color with orange reflections. Fine and elegant nose with citrus notes. Fresh and decisive in the mouth, with citrus and saline returns. Good persistence.
