DESCRIPTION
Primus di Franca Comté comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Adro, Corte Franca and Povaglio, the historic heart of Franciacorta. Its name identifies it as an excellence, in a territory that does not skimp on amazing tasting experiences.

Fermentation in thermally controlled steel tanks, cryomaceration and pressing with a particular vacuum press, which allows the extraction of the must in depression so as to preserve aromas and perfumes, which reflect the characteristics of the vineyard.
The stay on the lees in the bottle is at least 30 months.
Good froth and discreet perlage, pale straw yellow color with light greenish reflections, good structure and balance; it has good flavor, minerality and a pleasant persistence.
