DESCRIPTION
The "steel only" vinification guarantees a fragrant and fresh wine, very dynamic, which fully expresses the characteristics of Friulian whites.
Cialla Valley in the municipality of Prepotto (UD)
Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature preceded by maceration on the skins for 2 days; indigenous yeasts; natural static decantation.
Aging on the fine lees for at least three months with frequent batonnage.
Pale straw yellow with rapid green reflections that revive the color. Brilliant. The nose is expressed with freshness and vivacity; the aromas are elegant, fragrant of bread crust, fruity notes of apple and pear on a floral and mineral background. The taste expresses great freshness and typicality enhanced by a perfect acid and minerality framework. The finish is consistent, fresh and savory. Great balance and drinkability.
HOW TO SERVE
10-12 ° C
Dishes based on fish, crustaceans and molluscs, first courses with vegetables, delicate sausages. Excellent with Sushi and Sashimi. Also perfect on its own as an aperitif.
