Grapes harvested by hand and brought to the press in vats. Once pressed, they are transferred to temperature-controlled barrels or vats. The wine is racked once and then left to natural clarification.
Golden yellow color. On the nose, sweet aromas of brioche bread, honey are balanced with notes of dried fruit and tobacco. In the mouth all the olfactory hints are found with the addition of candied citrus notes. Everything ends in a rather long ending.
