DESCRIPTION
These wines obtained from overripe grapes are harvested long after the time of the classic harvest and only in the best years.
Alsace
Grapes harvested by hand and brought to the press in vats. Once pressed, they are transferred to temperature-controlled barrels or vats. The wine is racked once and then left to natural clarification.
Once bottled, it is left in the cellar until marketing.
Golden yellow color. On the nose, sweet aromas of brioche bread, honey are balanced with notes of dried fruit and tobacco. In the mouth all the olfactory hints are found with the addition of candied citrus notes. Everything ends in a rather long ending.

Ready wine
Well preserved in the cellar it can evolve well for a few years
excellent with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Perfect with fatty fish such as tuna or grilled salmon.
