Albert Pic's Chablis Saint Pierre which is the company's flagship product. The house boasts a complete range of Chablis, which includes all the classic appellations of the area. Careful selection of the grapes and vinification in concrete and steel containers to keep the original taste of the bunches intact.
A few months on the lees in steel
Pale yellow color with bright and brilliant reflections. On the nose the aromas of tropical fruits are accompanied by citrine notes and light iodized and brioche hints. In the mouth the body and minerality are in balance and in the finish enhance the liveliness and freshness, typical characteristics of the best Chablis.
