DESCRIPTION
Chardonnay is a noble grape variety that fully develops its great potential in this area. The various denominations are due to the different geographical location of the vineyards and therefore to the diversity of exposure and geological nature. The typical soil of the Chablis controlled denomination area gives this wine a marked minerality.

COLOR: pale yellow with bright and brilliant reflections. SMELL: aromas of tropical fruits accompanied by citrus notes, light iodized hints and "pain brioche". TASTE: on the palate the body and minerality are in balance, liveliness and freshness are typical characteristics of the best Chablis.

It is advisable to let the wine breathe 15-30 minutes before serving
Ready to drink wine, but it can be left to rest in the cellar for another 2-3 years
Excellent as an aperitif, but it goes well with fish-based dishes, perfect with sea bass baked in foil.
