The vineyard is 25 hectares and has the distinction of being one of the largest located on the right bank which is located in a single large parcel. The terroir is made up of sand, clay, and iron deposits. The vines have an average age of 35 years.
Saint Emilion
Manual grape harvest. Once the maturation is complete, the fermentation takes place in steel for 20-30 days.
12-14 months in French oak barrels.
Ruby red color. On the nose aromas of cherries and notes of vanilla. Medium-bodied in the mouth, velvety with soft tannins and a fresh and mineral finish.
14-16 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar, after the vintage, it has an aging of over 20 years.
Perfect with red meats but excellent with game or mushroom-based dishes.
