DESCRIPTION
This Bordeaux Superior is the assembly of three typical grapes of the area, joined together to give life to a perfectly balanced wine. These grapes are grown in the Monplaisir cru, the soil is made up of clay and gravel. Multiple factors in harmony make this wine so exceptional.

Assembly of three typical vines of the area, once the grapes have been harvested and taken to the cellar, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks
10 months in barrique.
Bright ruby red color. The nose is fruity with ripe fruit, with spicy notes. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh and balanced, the tannin is soft and fine. Pleasantly persistent in the finish.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is advisable to let it breathe 2 hours before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar, after the vintage, it is aged for 4-5 years.
Perfect as an aperitif accompanying meats and medium-aged cheeses, with roasted red meats and meat stews, but also with risotto and pasta with meat sauce.
