DESCRIPTION
Wine that is produced only in exceptional vintages, the typical minerality and freshness of the aromas that distinguishes it, are the image of the interest in quality that the Maison has been seeking and finding for 250 years.
Chablis region
Ferments in steel and concrete tanks.
The elevage of the wine in cask is 12 months.
Golden yellow color. Intense and very fragrant nose. Floral and fruity scents are perceived, sweet aromas and candied fruit along with mineral ones. Fresh, elegant on the palate, everything is harmonious. In the finish it is long and persistent.
HOW TO SERVE
10-12 ° C
It is advisable to let the wine breathe 15 minutes, before being tasted.
Ready to drink wine, but it can be left to rest in the cellar for another 7 years
Excellent with seafood and shellfish dishes, with oysters, but also with fresh cheeses.
