Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Vermentino “Sicut Erat” 2020 - La Contralta
Sensational wine that vinifies in transpiring non vitrified microporous ceramic amphorae that allow oxygenation as in barriques. This is how this vermentino with a golden yellow color is exalted, which on the nose recalls honey and almonds with a great scent of yellow fruit.

Loiri - Porto San Paolo
Harvested by hand, pressed and placed in ceramic amphorae to ferment in contact with its skins for about 67 days. After separation from the skins, it is put back in amphora for another 9 months to mature.
Refines 3 months in the bottle.

The project focuses on respect for nature, the landscape, the land and the fruit. The name La Contralta derives from the toponym of a small adjacent beach in Palau.
