Made with carefully selected grapes, delicate and elegant, it remains yellow in the glass with golden reflections and a fine perlage. Citrus scents immediately arrive to the nose accompanied by hints of candied fruit, raisins and toasted brioche
VINES: Chardonnay / Pinot Noir
Epernay, France
Separate vinification of the two vines, both in steel at a controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, the base wines are assembled in order to start the second fermentation, which takes place in the bottle.

The Pol Roger champagne house was founded in the mid-19th century by Pol Roger. The first champagne was released in 1849. Two years later, Pol Roger moved the company from Aÿ to Epernay. The winery is located on the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay. The courtyard bears the name of Winston Churchill.
