Pol Roger's Brut Reserve is a truly iconic representative of the history of Champagne, a prestigious label that has become an absolute model of ** class and elegance **. The Brut Reserve comes from a blend of the three main Champagne grape varieties, namely Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, divided equally.

20 different crus make up this Champagne, after a careful selection of the grapes by hand. The bunches are gently pressed and the must is cold decanted. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel containers together with the malolactic. Only after these steps the wine is blended. Second fermentation in the bottle.
8 years of aging in the cellar.
Golden yellow color and fine and persistent perlage. Complex nose with rich hints of yellow fruit and citrus. Followed by dried fruit, toast and vanilla. Creamy and elegant in the mouth with every sip. Fresh and ripe fruit returns in the finish.
