Reims

Fermentation in oak barrels and storage of wines from previous vintages in steel containers, once assembled the Pinot Noir is added which fermented in the skins then refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method.

5 years on the lees.

Intense golden yellow color. The nose is refined and complex, rich in citrus notes but also toasted with hints of candied fruit and freshly baked brioche. In the mouth it is silky, fresh and acidic in a very balanced way. Harmonious in the finish.

15-30 minutes before serving

It can rest in the cellar for over 10 years.
