Brilliant golden yellow color. On the nose aromas of white fruit and citrus. Balsamic notes and toasted dried fruit, freshly baked brioches. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced with a long and persistent finish.

8-10 °C (77°F)
15-30 minutes before serving
It can rest in the cellar for over 10 years.
Excellent with shellfish and fish main courses.
