DESCRIPTION
A climatically difficult harvest that of 2010 but with commitment and perseverance, this maison has made this extraordinary label more than all expectations.
Reims
Fermentation in steel and partly in oak barrels. It does not carry out malolactic fermentation.
60 months on the lees before unblocking.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas of yellow fruit, lemon, toasted dried fruit but also saffron stand out. In the mouth clean and soft sip. Fresh and mineral and in the finish it is long and decisive.

15-30 minutes before serving
It can rest in the cellar for over 10 years.
Given the structure of this Champagne, an excellent combination would be lobster or caviar, oysters but also very simple baked fish.
