DESCRIPTION
Vines with 45 years of age give life to this high-quality Gewurztraminer. Located in the outskirts of the village of Turckheim on a stony and stony ground.
Alsace
Hand-picked grapes. The vinification and fermentation takes place in oak barrels not toasted with indigenous yeasts.
The maturation takes place in fermentation oak barrels for a few months depending on the vintage.
Intense straw yellow color. The nose reveals intense floral aromas. On the palate beautiful spicy notes emerge and the hints of floral notes return. Dry, fresh wine and due to the very small size of the berries we find a great tannic presence.
