Chardonnay Odem 2015 - Yarden

Chardonnay Golan Heights 'Odem' is an organic chardonnay produced in Israel by the Yarden winery, coming from grapes grown on the Golan Heights. From a wine-making point of view, this area has the ideal characteristics for growing grapes. Its basaltic soils are of volcanic origin. Odem is the name of the city that stands on the mountain of the same name, in turn surrounded by a splendid forest that also takes the same name. This name means “ruby” like the color of the rock of the ancient volcano.
