Blanc de Blancs Brut 2009 - Yarden

Yarden Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the northern heights of the Golan, the coolest wine growing area in Israel. The sparkling wine is carried out strictly with the traditional method, including the pressing of whole bunches and refermentation in the bottle. Disgorgement began after six years of bottle aging on tirage yeasts.
