More than 150 years in which our wine, as well as our philosophy, has undergone a great evolution. What was asked of wine in the past was very different from what is asked of it today. A change that his father Klaus had already grasped and understood 40 years ago, when he decided to devote himself to the vinification of more ambitious vines and therefore to focus 100% on quality.
