DESCRIPTION
Santa Margherita wines combine absolute fidelity to the characteristics of the grape and to the typicality of the territory with great personality, managing however to represent the ideal partner with both Italian and international cuisine.
Cartizze area, near Valdobbiadene
The grapes come from the hills of Cartizze and vinified with particular attention on site. The base wine is placed in a horizontal autoclave for the second fermentation where it ferments for about three weeks at a controlled temperature between 14 and 18 ° C. Once the desired overpressure has been reached (about 6 bar), the mass is cooled to stop fermentation and favor stabilization.
Aging on the lees for about three months. At the end we proceed to the filtration and the isobaric bottling.
Straw yellow color and very fine perlage. Intense, fragrant and fine bouquet with notes of acacia flowers, citrus fruits and yellow peach. On the palate it is vibrant and fresh, with good fullness and flavor, with an elegant finish of ripe fruit and wildflowers.

The resumption of the traditional cultivation of the vine was in fact one of the founding choices of the new agricultural center which equipped itself with a large wine cellar that represented the "state of the art" of the time and which since then has been constantly updated and developed.
